Are Port Peptides products for human use?
No. Every product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our peptides are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and must not be used in humans or animals. We cannot give dosing, administration or preparation advice for human use.
How much does UK shipping cost?
UK shipping is a flat £3.80 and free on orders over £100. Orders are packed discreetly and dispatched from the UK.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your basket and complete checkout. Your order is sent to our team by WhatsApp or email with a unique reference; we reply with payment details and dispatch confirmation.
What is the difference between pen, refill and vial?
They are three presentation formats of the same research material. Vials contain lyophilised powder; the pen format is a pre-filled presentation and refills are replacement cartridges for it. Prices differ by format.
How pure are your peptides?
Our research peptides are specified at ≥99% purity, verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of analysis are available on request for every batch.
How should research peptides be stored?
Store lyophilised peptides sealed at −20 °C, away from light and moisture. Short-term storage at 2–8 °C is acceptable. See our storage guide for full laboratory handling information.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Contact us before ordering for any other destination.
Can you advise on dosage or how to use a peptide?
No. As a research-material supplier we cannot provide any guidance relating to human or animal use, including dosage, administration, preparation or mixing.
How do I pay?
After you send your order, our team replies with payment details and your dispatch confirmation. Your order reference keeps everything traceable.
Can I request a certificate of analysis before ordering?
Yes. Contact us with the product and strength and we will send the current batch COA.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
