Peptide Testing, Purity & Certificates of Analysis
How Port Peptides sources, tests, stores and documents every research peptide batch.
Our quality process
1. Specialist synthesis
Our research peptides are produced by specialist peptide-synthesis laboratories using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), then purified and lyophilised.
2. HPLC purity testing
High-performance liquid chromatography confirms purity against our ≥99% specification for research peptides.
3. Mass-spectrometry identity
Mass spectrometry confirms the observed molecular mass matches the theoretical mass of the sequence.
4. Batch labelling & traceability
Every vial is labelled with product, strength and batch reference so it can be matched to its certificate of analysis.
5. Controlled storage
Stock is kept sealed, cool and away from light until dispatch.
Requesting a certificate of analysis
COAs are available for every batch. Contact us with the product and batch reference, or your order reference, and we will send the documentation. New to COAs? Read how to read a peptide COA.
