About Cagrilintide

Cagrilintide (AM833) is a long-acting, acylated analogue of the pancreatic hormone amylin that acts at amylin (AMY) and calcitonin receptors. It is used in research into amylin-receptor pharmacology and its interaction with incretin signalling.
