About Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin
This research blend pairs Tesamorelin, a stabilised 44-amino-acid GHRH analogue with an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl group, with Ipamorelin, a selective pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). Each vial contains 10mg Tesamorelin and 5mg Ipamorelin (15mg total).
The combination is used in pituitary cell models to study how GHRH-receptor and ghrelin-receptor signalling interact to shape growth hormone release. Port Peptides will supply the Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin blend as a lyophilised research material with batch documentation.
