About KLOW Blend

KLOW is an 80mg four-peptide research blend combining 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV in a single lyophilised vial. It brings together peptides individually studied in dermal-matrix, cell-migration and inflammatory-signalling research, so their combined effects can be investigated in one in-vitro model.

GHK-Cu makes up the majority of the blend (62.5% by mass), with BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV each contributing 12.5%. The composition of every batch is confirmed on its certificate of analysis.

Research applications

  • Extracellular-matrix remodelling and collagen expression
  • Fibroblast and keratinocyte migration (scratch) assays
  • Inflammatory and NF-κB signalling in skin cell models
  • Keratinocyte–fibroblast co-culture and barrier-function models

Mechanism studied

Combines a copper-binding matrix peptide (GHK-Cu), two cell-migration peptides (BPC-157 and TB-500) and an α-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory tripeptide (KPV), studied together in dermal and wound-model research.

Also known as: KLOW peptide blend, GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 / KPV blend, multi-peptide research matrix.
