About Kisspeptin-10
Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide (residues 112–121) of the KISS1 gene product, also known as metastin 45–54. It is the shortest kisspeptin fragment with full agonist activity at the kisspeptin receptor KISS1R (GPR54).
Kisspeptin-10 is used as a research tool in studies of hypothalamic GnRH neuron signalling, the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis and KISS1R pharmacology. Port Peptides Kisspeptin-10 will be supplied at 10mg as a lyophilised research peptide.
